I did some testcooking together with Tillikum yesterday evening. We tried various new ideas for recepies for the hatchyday party this weekend with a special note to the sweets and afterdishes.
We had a few recepies to try out. The outcome was that we decided that the pastasouce is a easy enought to make and great in taste. Also tried two differend dishes. One with pears and chokolate ( I will not spoil the surprise and tell you what it is now - so come on the weekend and taste yourself ) and the other one is a kind of Lime-Nougat Parfait. Extremely tricky to make and still down in the freezer. So I need to wait until tonight before I cann tell you how it tasts. But even if it tastes good, I will stick to the pear dish. Its a lot easier made and faster to create then the parfait - which is essential, if I don't want to spend my own party in the kitchen
