This weekend was a lot stressy, but fortunately not all with work g So after a long day at work I went at saturday afternoon to the night of museums. This is here in frankfurt a special night, where a lot of museums around the river main are open till 3 in the night. They had a lot of interesting shows, specials, music and other stuff for this night. Also seeing those all things at night was great.
grinns The best part of it was the end of the evening, where I sat at the zoo and met a friend of mine, who works there. And because all the music and loud rubbish was too much for a real wonderful night with a bright fullmoon I went with him to the areas where no usual visitors were allowed and we watched the leopards for about an hour in the night.. mmmr.. And finally I let the evening fade while strolling through the exotarium, taking a few photos of little lizards sitting in the moonlight g

Well, today was more the sunny and lovely weather. But the zoo was still a relaxing place. I sat there and did 'catwatching' over nearly two hours. I guess I found a real not dragonspot for me g mmmmr.... relaxes and purrs, falling asleep with a tiger and three lions in mind

| When it rains, I love the zoo the most. Well - was at the tigers again today g Seems like this is becoming a real habit every day in the afternoon until the zoo closes. Anyway - when the weather is rainy and all humans are melting in the evil rain like sugar, and none of them is out in the beautiful weather I like the zoo the most. Because its all so quiet and peaceful. I just lay down near the sleepy lion today and relaxed, just a huge glasswindow between us... sighs Wish i could have been on the other side of the glass... purr

giggles Oh well. Silly me. She certainly is not my new girlfriend. But this tigress is so sweet. I could watch her for hours no end.
But back to what I really wanted to say. I haven't been to our zoo for years because when I was a child I never liked the zoo much becasue they didn't really have good cages for the animals.. No real lifeareas for them, if you know what I mean. And over the years I just forgot about the zoo... But becasue I recently was there again I found out they have a real great tigerplace. g The whole facility with also small cats ( rustcats ) and lions and also sumatra tigers is calles the "CatDshungle" which really fits.
It really is a wonderful huge space for them where they can live in. And its a wonderful place to go there every evening after work and do some tigerwatching everyday g Sad, that the leopards only have a relatively small cage.. But what they lack in space they gain in cuteness. I think one of them already recognises me when I am there.. He rolld on his back and does the "I am cute so come and snuggle with me" look and pose ( at least that is what my housecat does g but I guess I would not so easily snuggle the big fellow )
Oh.. And by the way. If you have money to spare and love bears, give the zoo your money so they can replace the old bearareas with a really good one.

sniffs and feels sad Today I heared the news that a favourite castle of mine is in flames and burning brightly... probably down to the grounds as firefighters saied. The Castle nearby where I sometimes used to stay and enjoy the medievel markets, loved to be myself and also draw occasionaly... its all gone now...
sighs Well.. you know which one I mean, Aku. Its the one i took you with me that sunday where we sat in the kitchen, drawing..
Its just sad to think that I will not sit in there again for probably a very long time now... If... If they considre restoring it... but where is the money for it...
