Bbbrrr..... Something to consider. When you go to a spa and they offer you a 1,50 Euro voucher, telling you that they have problems heating the showers and the outter bath is closed due to the cold weather, you should think twice.
Anyway - we did not think twice and bought us some tickets and entered the spa. A slight bit cold showers are not that bad, we thought. Yet the real freezing thing was that not only the showers were cold, but also the whole spa. I guess they really had some troubles with their heat system as everything save for the water "in" the spa was extremely cold. I shivered on my whole body when we sat there in front of a heatradiator ( that did not realy radiate heat at all, rather a little bit warmth ) and ate some hot food. The pools were nice, warm and cozy, but one didn't want to leave the water for no price.
It was after all a nice time in the water and a fun time shivering when out of the water. But all in all was not so good, considered that they only advertised this "flaw" with malfunctioning heat in the showers... guess it simply was too cold outside to heat the whole building and their system was undersized for such temperatures.
Also, it brought up some memories that let me cry silently in some moments. It still hurts.

Finally I was able to clean out the christmas stuff of this years christmas. The huge tree and all the glassworks and lights were neatly packed back into the paperboxes - but now comes the tricky part. How to carry a 2,25cm huge christmas tree out of the house. The whole thing was enormous, to be honest. A wonderful tree that had a lot of wonderful memories hung on it. But things end sometimes - as does the christmas season and the use for that tree.
So after about half an hour of enormous heaving and panting the dravon finally got that treee out of the house... well.. just to clean up the mess I made now. droops her head

To take my mind off glooming, I visited Diego and we went to the Amneville Zoo in france to take some photos there. Surprised by a lot of new snow in the night the journey to him was rather tyring as people seem to loose all knowledge about how to steer a car when the weather turns like that. Anyway... I finally arrived ( tho a little later then expected ) at his place, we swapped cars and drove on.
You can find the zoo via google maps when clicking here or directly by clicking on the Amneville Zoo website.
The zoo was a real pleasure to be in. Besides nearly no one else besides up the whole place was deserted from humans. And they have a lot of felines and other species. This zoo really is a great one. We took a lot of pictures - great ones. But I guess I rather will let the pictures tell the story then writing about it. Snowleopards in th snow, Tigers as well and oh so beautiful looking wolves...

I adopted a dragon.... well, sort of
Hawkeye pointed me to this one. On DragonAdopters you can adopt your own dragon. Its one of those online browser games, where you can see you dragon or in general, pet, grow up by clicking and giving it page impressions.
So here is mine. A cute, small dragon egg that is about to hatch in a few days. Take a look at it to help it grow

Click here to see all the other dragons and help them grow up. Or visit Hawks dwaggy to help him grow up faster. Thank you for taking my mind a little bit to more brighter thoughts and thank you for beeing there for me when I needed freinds around me.
